Other half D Company left in former area to complete extension of Decauville railway to Cugunci. Map references of new camps as follows:<br>HQ, \u00bd D Company \u2013 125625\/167075.<br>A Coy \u2013 127700\/167075.<br>B Coy \u2013 123400\/166900.<br>C Coy -126925\/166925.<br>24 Limbers and 4 Motor Lorries were supplied to carry surplus kit on 21\/2\/17 and 23 limbers on 22\/2\/17, which completed the move.<br>March casualties \u2013 nil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>22nd February \u2013 Kirec.<\/strong><br>Bttn engaged in completing camps. Officers and NCOs reconnoitred proposed work and organised their arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>23rd February \u2013 Kirec.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bttn started work on wiring and digging out trenches.<br>47 ORs arrived as Draft from Base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>24th February \u2013 Kirec.<\/strong><br>Bttn engaged on Corps Defence Line, wiring and..<br>2 ORs re-joined unit from Base.<br>1 OR evacuated sick to CC Station.<br>Major Crabbe arrived from 2\/21 Bttn London Regiment and appointed Major with 2\/18th Bttn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>25th\/26th February \u2013 Kirec.<\/strong><br>Bttn engaged on Corps Defence Line.<br>Half D Company at Bttn 24\/2\/17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>27th February \u2013 Mihalova.<\/strong><br>Bttn (less \u00bd D Coy) moved into bivouac at Mihalova.
