Battalion responsible for manning the lower slopes of K12 about L7a and b. Working party supplied to 1\/4th Welsh Regiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2nd to 7th June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for 1\/6\/18. Working party supplied to 1\/5th Welsh Regiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8th June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>160 Infantry Brigade relieved 159 Infantry Brigade. Bttn comes under orders of 160th Infantry Brigade. Working parties supplied to 2\/10th Middlesex Regiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9th June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for 8\/6\/18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working parties supplied to 2\/10th Middlesex Regiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10th June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for 8\/6\/18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No working parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11th June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reliefs as Order No 98 took place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working party supplied to 2\/10th Middlesex Regiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12th June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for 11\/6\/18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>13th June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battalion disposed about L7a, b and central in reserve to 160th Infantry Brigade. Working party supplied to 2\/10th Middlesex Regiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14th to 21st June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for 13\/6\/18. Working party supplied to 2\/10th Middlesex Regiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>22nd June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battalion disposed as for 13\/6\/18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On night 22<sup>nd<\/sup>\/23<sup>rd<\/sup> June, a raid was made against the village of Turmus Aya in accordance with Order No 99. Copy of report attached hereto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>23rd June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bttn moved to vicinity of K35d having been relieved by 1\/7th Royal Welsh Fusiliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>24th June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In bivouac at K35d. Routine work only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>25<sup>th<\/sup> June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In bivouac at K35d. Training of 75 Lewis Gunners commenced as bttn was reduced to 37 trained Lewis Gunners owing to casualties and lack of opportunity for training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>26th June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In bivouac at K35d. Training of LGs continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>27th June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battalion moved to U3c in order to work on Cardiff road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>28th June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battalion in bivouac at U3 (Sh Yusef).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work commenced under 519 Coy Royal Engineers on Cardiff road. A working party of 219 Other Ranks supplied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>29th June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for 28\/6\/18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>30th June.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battalion rested.
